Since its introduction onto the car scene in 1994, the Toyota Avalon premium sedan has been blurring the lines between mid-size, full-size, and luxury categories. As the Avalon has proven, sometimes bigger is just right.
The recently released 2015 Avalon includes a new round of enhancements for the popular vehicle. Its fourth-generation design incorporates upgraded multimedia systems on all models, paddle shifters on all gas models and Blind Spot Monitors on all Touring models.
The Avalon continues to be the only car in its class to offer a hybrid version. It makes up one of seven hybrid models in the brand’s lineup, affirming Toyota’s clear leadership in the hybrid division. The Avalon hybrid receives an estimated 40-mpg combined fuel economy.* That is a fuel economy generally reserved for smaller sedans–except in the Avalon you get all the space and comfort of a bigger sedan.
The Avalon XLE Touring Sport Edition also debuts for 2015. The XLE Touring Sport Edition is available exclusively in Attitude Black with a contrasting dark blue interior trim. The XLE Touring Sport Edition shines brightly with standard HID Quadrabeam headlights at night and LED running daytime lights during the day, both amenities from the Limited trim line. This special Avalon model makes a sleek, striking statement.
